Diwali Silver Coin Campaign 2026: Terms & Conditions

Effective: 1st November 2026 to 10th November 2026

1. This campaign ("Diwali Silver Coin Campaign") is organized by ESC Plan, operated by Enchante Brands Private Limited, having its corporate office at 9th Floor, Sakti Statesman, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560103, and is available exclusively on myescplan.com. The campaign is valid from 1st November 2026 to 10th November 2026 (both dates inclusive). Orders placed outside this window are not eligible.
2. During the campaign period, customers can choose at checkout between: (a) applying any available discount coupon on the Website, or (b) applying the coupon code SILVERCOIN to opt into the silver coin offer.
3. The SILVERCOIN coupon code and existing discount coupons cannot be used together. Customers must choose one or the other at checkout.
4. Customers who apply SILVERCOIN are eligible to receive a 5g silver coin, with no charge for the coin, its packaging or its delivery, subject to meeting the minimum cart value threshold of ₹12,499.
5. Eligibility is based on the net cart value, being the amount payable for products after any applicable discounts and price reductions, excluding shipping charges, cash-on-delivery fees and handling charges.
6. Each order qualifies for one silver coin only. Multiple orders by the same customer will be evaluated independently.
7. Orders placed using the SILVERCOIN coupon are eligible for exchange only and cannot be returned for a change of mind. This does not affect the customer's right to a full refund where a product is defective, damaged, spurious, not as described, or delivered after the committed delivery date (see clause 10). By applying SILVERCOIN at checkout, the customer acknowledges and accepts this condition. The choice of SILVERCOIN cannot be switched to a discount coupon after the order is placed. Orders may still be cancelled before dispatch in line with ESC Plan's cancellation policy.
8. Customers who apply any other discount coupon (instead of SILVERCOIN) will continue to be governed by ESC Plan's standard return and exchange policy.
9. Exchanges on SILVERCOIN orders are subject to ESC Plan's standard exchange policy, including product availability, size/colour availability, and applicable timelines. If an exchange is not possible because the product, size or colour is unavailable, the customer may choose a refund or store credit.
10. In the event of a manufacturing defect or damaged product, customers may contact care@enchantebrands.com within 7 days of delivery. The customer may choose a replacement or a full refund. If an entire SILVERCOIN order is refunded, the coin will not be dispatched; if it has already been delivered, the customer may either return it unused in its original packaging (ESC Plan will arrange pickup at its cost) or have ₹250 per gram deducted from the refund.
11. The silver coin is not a coupon or a voucher. Customers who apply SILVERCOIN do not need to take any action after placing their order. The coin will be shipped to them automatically at the delivery address on the original order.
12. The silver coin will be dispatched within 7 working days after the original order is delivered. Delivery timelines after dispatch may vary based on location. No coin will be dispatched if the order is cancelled or returned undelivered (including refused cash-on-delivery orders).
13. The silver coin is sourced and shipped by our fulfilment partner. For any delivery-related queries, customers can write to care@enchantebrands.com and the team will assist. If the coin is not received within 30 days of dispatch, arrives damaged, or does not match the stated weight or purity, ESC Plan will arrange a replacement at no cost.
14. The silver coin is 999 purity, BIS hallmarked with a HUID number, and weighs 5g subject to a manufacturing tolerance of ±0.1g. Coin design, packaging, and branding are at the discretion of the fulfilment partner.
15. In case of any dispute regarding eligibility, or coin dispatch, ESC Plan will decide in good faith based on its order records. This does not limit the customer's right to approach the Grievance Officer or a consumer commission.
16. By applying the SILVERCOIN coupon code, the customer agrees to have read, understood, and accepted these terms in full, which are linked next to the SILVERCOIN field at checkout.
17. ESC Plan reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this campaign at any time without prior notice. Orders already placed with SILVERCOIN will be honoured on the terms in force when they were placed. Coin stock is limited to 500 coins; if stock runs out, the SILVERCOIN option will be withdrawn from checkout.
18. To deliver the coin, ESC Plan will share the customer's name, phone number and delivery address with the fulfilment partner, solely for dispatching the coin.
