Frequently asked questions
The questions procurement and HR teams usually ask before placing a bulk order.
What's the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Bulk orders start at approximately 20 units and scale up from there. Even if your quantity is lower, drop your details in the form above and our team will do their best for you. For customization specifically, orders need to be at least 100 units.
Do you deliver to multiple cities in one order?
Yes. You can choose single point delivery (everything to one location) or multipoint delivery (shipped directly to individual employees, stores or offices across cities).
Can we see samples before confirming a bulk order?
Yes, sample pieces are available. They're charged at the undiscounted price upfront, and once your live order is confirmed, we adjust this cost to match your bulk order pricing.
What's the typical turnaround from order confirmation to delivery?
We can dispatch within 2 days of receiving your order confirmation, provided the stock is readily available, and delivery typically takes 8 working days from there. Timelines can vary depending on stock availability and delivery location.
What are the payment terms for bulk orders?
In smaller order quantities, the payment has to be prepaid. In B2B for single point delivery, 50% advance during order placement and 50% on delivery.
What's the warranty on these suitcases?
Snitch and HRX carry a 5 year warranty, while Rare Rabbit carries a warranty of up to 10 years. The warranty covers any manufacturing defects.
Does the 30 day try and buy apply to bulk orders?
No. The 30 day try and buy policy is not applicable for bulk order quantities.
