The 14 day trial

We want you to love your experience with Escape Plan as much as possible. So, get yours and put it to the test.

If you’re still not sure it fits into your life, send it back for a full refund or exchange it with another Escape Plan product.

Please note: The 14-day trial with exchange is only available for purchases made on www.myescplan.com. Exchange does not apply to purchases from our physical retail stores or other e-commerce platforms.

Depending on the mode of payment and bank policies we will take up to 10  working days to credit the refund money to your account. 

In case it is taking longer than 10 working days , please drop an email to care@enchantebrands.com  and we will fix it as soon as possible.

Please note that return will be accepted only with the original packaging along with the invoice copy you received at the time of order placement.
