Escape Plan raises $5M from Jungle Ventures, Fireside Ventures for travel accessories

Escape Plan, founded by Abhinav Pathak and Abhinav Zutshi, secured $5 million in seed funding led by Jungle Ventures and Fireside Ventures. The startup offers travel accessories like luggage and backpacks, planning an omnichannel presence including physical stores and an e-commerce platform launch soon. Capital will expand retail, boost customer acquisition, and introduce new products. Escape Plan aims for 100+ stores in Tier I & II cities, targeting India's $3.5B travel accessories market, projected to exceed $5B by 2028. Pathak's prior startup, Perpule, was acquired by Amazon for $14.5M.
