I am extremely disappointed with both the product quality and customer service provided by this company.
I purchased a trolley bag, and after receiving it, I discovered that the lock would not open at all. A trolley bag with a non-functional lock is practically unusable, and this issue should have been caught during quality checks before shipping the product.
What made the experience even worse was the complete lack of customer support. I contacted the company multiple times through email and requested assistance regarding the defective lock, but I never received any meaningful response. My emails have either been ignored or left unanswered.
The most frustrating part is that the courier tracking clearly shows the package as delivered. However, the company's support team keeps claiming that the order is not showing as delivered on their website. This is an internal system issue on their side, yet the customer is being made to suffer because of it. Instead of resolving the problem, they continue to provide excuses and delay the process.
As a customer, I expected a simple resolution through either a replacement or a refund for a defective product. Unfortunately, neither has been offered, and the support team has shown no urgency in addressing the issue.
A company is judged not only by the products it sells but also by how it treats customers when something goes wrong. In my case, the product was defective, customer support was unresponsive, and no proper solution was provided.
I would strongly advise potential buyers to think twice before purchasing from this company. If you receive a defective product, do not expect quick assistance or reliable customer service.

Price is very reasonable for a stylish suitcase like this. Service is great as I recently got a replacement without any hassle. Overall I am satisfied as I am looking for something that is light weight so I can carry more while flying. I'm not worried about the quality that much with a 5 years warranty on the product but if it can be improved without much impact to the product weight, please to do. Thanks!
