• Offer period

  Valid on orders placed on this platform from October 8, 2026, 20:00 IST to October 11, 2026, 23:59 IST, or until tickets run out, whichever is earlier. The offer period may be extended by Escape Plan at its sole discretion.

• Offer

  Customers who purchase Luggage & Backpacks with a purchase value of ₹12,000 or more (up to ₹20,000) in a single order during the offer period get 1 complimentary ticket to Samay Raina's Live Tour (Escape Plan Lounge - Titanium category). Single orders with a purchase value above ₹20,000 get 2 complimentary tickets. Tiers are not cumulative. Each customer can receive a maximum of 2 tickets under this offer across all orders, identified by registered mobile number, email and delivery address. Tickets are limited, allotted in the order that orders qualify, and are subject to availability in the chosen city and the event being held. A customer who receives complimentary tickets under this offer or any other Escape Plan offers or programmes will not be eligible to receive Samay Raina Live Tour tickets again through any other Escape Plan offer, programme, referral or points redemption. This does not affect their eligibility for any other Escape Plan offers or rewards.

• Purchase value

  Calculated on the final amount paid for Luggage & Backpacks after all discounts and coupons, excluding shipping. Any amount paid using Escape Plan wallet balance or store credit is not counted towards the purchase value. Other categories and separate orders from the Brand cannot be combined to reach a threshold.

• Eligibility

  Open to customers aged 18 years or above who are resident in India. Every attendee, including a guest using a second ticket, must also meet the event's age requirement as per the organizer's terms and conditions.

• Qualifying orders

  Only orders placed directly on the Escape Plan website qualify, and only once the order's 30-day return period has ended. Orders placed through third-party marketplaces or in offline stores do not qualify. Bulk, corporate and reseller orders are excluded.

• Returns, cancellations and exchanges

  Orders that are cancelled or returned in full do not qualify. If only some products in an order are cancelled or returned, or an exchange reduces the purchase value, the entitlement is revised to the tier that applies to the products kept, or withdrawn if no tier applies.

• Confirmation

  Tickets are confirmed only after the order's 30-day return window closes, based on the purchase value of the products kept. Eligible customers will be contacted on their registered mobile number and/or email within 5 days of confirmation. Escape Plan will never ask for a payment, OTP or bank details to release a ticket.

• Show details and ticket delivery

  Show locations, venues, dates, timings and how to claim tickets will be communicated separately to eligible customers. Tickets must be claimed within 10 days of being notified or at least 5 days before the show (whichever is sooner); unclaimed tickets will lapse. Customers with 2 tickets must provide their guest's details when claiming, and these cannot be changed afterwards.

• Cities and dates

  Bengaluru, Mumbai, Pune, Hyderabad, Delhi, Kolkata, Jaipur, Chandigarh, Raipur, Gandhinagar, Patna and Ahmedabad, from the end of November 2026 onwards. Customers may choose a city from the available list, subject to seat availability, allotted in the order tickets are claimed. Cities, dates, venues and timings are tentative and may change at the organizer's discretion.

• Ticket use

  Tickets are non-transferable, not for resale and have no cash value. Tickets found to be resold or transferred may be cancelled. Tickets are also subject to District's terms of use and ticketing terms, and entry is subject to the organizer's and venue's rules, including age restrictions, ID and security checks. Where these conflict with District's or the organizer's terms on ticket use or event entry, District's and the organizer's terms apply. All tickets are in the Escape Plan Lounge - Titanium category, with exact seats assigned by the organizer. Where 2 tickets are issued, the second ticket may be used by one guest accompanying the customer. The customer must provide the guest's details at the time of claiming; once submitted, attendee details cannot be changed and neither ticket may be transferred to any other person. The same age restrictions and entry rules apply to every attendee, including the guest, and attendee details must match the District booking.

• Costs

  Travel, accommodation and any other costs of attending are borne by the customer.

• Photography and communications

  Escape Plan may photograph or film at the Escape Plan Lounge - Titanium for its marketing. Attendees who do not wish to appear may inform Escape Plan staff in the Escape Plan Lounge - Titanium. Messages about ticket entitlement are service messages; promotional messages will be sent only to customers who have opted in.

• Force majeure

  Escape Plan is not liable for any failure or delay caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including natural events, government orders, public health restrictions, or the performer's or organizer's unavailability. The 'Show cancellation or change' clause continues to apply in such cases.

• Escape Plan's role

  Escape Plan is not the organizer of the event. The organizer and District are responsible for the conduct of the event, its content, any changes to the line-up, and safety at the venue. Escape Plan's responsibility is limited to issuing tickets to eligible customers as set out in these terms.

• Fraud and misuse

  Escape Plan may withdraw tickets from, or disqualify, any customer it reasonably believes has misused the offer, including through duplicate accounts, bulk or reseller purchases, or orders placed only to claim tickets and then returned.

• Personal data

  Eligible customers' name, mobile number and email will be shared with District and the event organizer only to issue tickets and manage event entry, in line with Escape Plan's Privacy Policy.

• Changes to the offer

  Escape Plan may modify or withdraw this offer with notice on this page. Changes will not reduce the entitlement of customers whose orders have already qualified.

• General

  These terms are in addition to Escape Plan's Terms of Use and are governed by the laws of India, with courts at Bengaluru having jurisdiction. If any part of these terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining terms continue to apply.
