Duration
We offer a the below mentioned warranty across our brands, effective from the date of purchase:
- HRX - 5 years - Hard Trolley , 1 year - Soft trolley, Wheel Duffel and backpacks etc
- RARE - 10 years - Hard Trolley, 2 years - Soft trolley, Wheel Duffel and backpacks etc
What It Covers
Our warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. This includes:
- Frame and structural integrity
- Wheels and axles
- Handles and joints
- Manufacturing defects
What’s Not Covered
This warranty does not cover:
- Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or accidents
- Normal wear and tear (e.g., scratches, fading, surface rust)
- Modifications or repairs made by unauthorized personnel
- Damage caused by improper storage or exposure to extreme conditions
- Commercial or industrial use unless specifically stated
How to Make a Claim
To initiate a warranty claim:
